Toolbox is a utility app for QR tools, PDF tools, image tools, file conversion, calculators, wellness planning tools, reminders, and local ledger records.
Favorites, recent tools, reminders, wellness logs, generated files, and Ledger (Khatta) records are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, save, or share them.
Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, notes, balances, and transaction history entered in Ledger (Khatta) remain in the app's private on-device storage. This data leaves Toolbox only when you export a backup or statement, share a reminder, or open another app such as WhatsApp.
Camera access is used for QR scanning and image tools. Contacts access is used only when you choose to import a ledger contact. File access is used when you select, save, export, or share files.
The feature request form opens your email app with the information you enter. Nothing is sent until you review and send the email yourself.
Toolbox does not require an account and does not operate a backend server for core app data. Most data, including favorites, reminders, generated files, wellness logs, and Ledger (Khatta) records, is stored only on your device. You can delete this local data at any time by deleting individual records in the app where available, clearing Toolbox app storage from Android settings, or uninstalling Toolbox.
If you sent a feature request, support email, or other message to the developer, you can request deletion of that submitted information by emailing onstack1001@gmail.com from the same email address used for the request. Please include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject and describe the information you want deleted. Deletion requests are reviewed and completed within a reasonable period unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Toolbox may show ads through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process ad identifiers and related data according to their own policies and user settings.
